İhalesi TOKİ Başkanlığınca 20.08.2019 tarihinde yapılan Denizli İli, Çal İlçesi, Yukarıseyit Mahallesi 3 Etap 354 adet Konut, 2 adet Ticaret Merkezi ve 1 adet Cami İnşaatı İle Altyapı ve Çevre Düzenlemesi İşi” ile ilgili sözleşme 22.10.2019 tarihinde 70.970.000, 00 TL. bedel üzerinden imzalanmıştır. Toplam 388.99 m² inşaat alanı bulunan proje kapsamında TC tipi 2B+Z+3 katlı 13 Blok, TC tipi B+Z+3 katlı 8 Blok, TC tipi B+Z+3 katlı 10 Blok, TB tipi 2B+Z+3 katlı 3 Blok olmak üzere toplam 26 Blok, 1 adet dükkan ve 2 adet Ticaret Merkezi bulunmaktadır.
